To implement twitter card in your blog, you have to follow these steps as given below:

Step 1: First open your Blogger (BlogSpot) Dashboard in your browser and from there, open “template” section of your blog.

Step 2: Click on the “Edit HTML” Button as shown in the image below, but before that take a backup of your template if something goes wrong at the time of implementation.

Step 3: Add the given code in between your <head> section of your template.

Step 4: change the variables of code as shown below:

  • Change “PapaBlogger99” into your “Blog Twitter Profile” in both twitter site and creator Meta tags.
  • Change “” into your “Blog Logo URL” in twitter Meta image tag.

Step 5: Save it and open this link – Twitter Card Validation, after passing 48 hours of adding twitter card code in between <head> section.

Step 6: After that, a webpage appears on your screen as shown in the image below. Now, login with your Blog professional Twitter Profile as you mentioned above in the Twitter Meta tags.

Step 7: Add any URL of your blog article in the “Validate and Apply” section as shown in the image below. After that, click on the “GO” button.

Step 8: Approve your twitter card and congrats! Your twitter card is activated after passing few hours of your validation request.

Note: If your twitter validation page does not show any information when you input an URL in the validation box then add this robot.txt file in the “Search preferences” option of your blogger Dashboard “setting” section as shown in the image below. (**For Unblocking Twitter Bot to crawl the pages of your blog.)
